Thai Thai restaurant to have licence reviewed by Greenwich Council

This week we received notification that there would be a review of the licence for the Thai Thai (also called Chang Thai) restaurant at 12 Well Hall Road.

The official reasons given for the review are as follows:

The grounds of the review relate to an alleged sexual assault and alleged grievous bodily harm to a woman during a party held inside the venue, in contravention of government COVID-19 restrictions, where patrons were found by police to be consuming alcohol bought at the premises around the hours of midnight, which is beyond the licensable hours permitted of 23:00 hours (11pm).
